Bhubaneshwar | This incident really put question mark on the way a government department works.
Jabir Khan, a civil supplies inspector in Jajpur, Orissa was served a letter from Orissa government asking him to improve his attendance. Now what’s so strange about this thing is, Jabir Khan was already died several months ago when the letter was delivered to him.
In the government letter, Jabir Khan was not only asked to improve his attendance at his working area but also advised to say something in his defense within 45 days. Jabir Khan died on August 8, 2007 after his illness and was even issued a death certificate nine days after his death/ But the letter from Orissa government was delivered to him on November 12 , 2007 almost three months after his death.
It happens only in India.
