Ahmedabad | Surprisingly a man from Ahmedabad had received call for interview call from sessions court almost 11 years after his application.
Riyaz Saiyad who is now busy in his business forgotten the position applied for since he applied in 1997. Riyaz appeared for the interview but in no mood to go for it even if selected. Riyaz applied for the post of peon in Ahmedabad Sessions court in 1997 and the post remained vacant for all those 11 years and now they have started interviewing the candidate. The way they are processing it seems at least they will take 3 to 4 years to appoint someone for the post.
Over 50,000 candidates have applied in 1997 for 90 positions as a peon in Bhadra sessions court in Ahmedaba. After screening they have rejected 17,000 candidates and started conducting interviews of 33,000 applicants.
