Orissa | After lavish wedding ceremony, Manu and Jhumari are honeymooning in a temple in Orissa.

Manu and Jhumari, both three year old monkeys got married lavishly on February 20. The ceremony was hosted by local villagers. The monkey bride and groom tied the knot in a same Hindu traditional way like humans. Groom came in a procession and bride was dressed like a human bride in ‘Sari’.

The simian couple’s wedding was a typical Hindu wedding which was attended by over two thousand guest and all the guest were even served lunch at the wedding.

The married simian couple is now busy honeymooning in a temple in Kuliadia temple in Bhadrak district.
