Chennai | Mohammed Sheikh Hafeez, a student at private engineering college in Chennai has created a unique record to do Yoga continuously for 24-hours.
Hafeez performed different forms of Yoga exercises to enter his name in the Guinness Book of World Records. He said, he did this not just to enter in the Guinness Book but also to create awarness about the importance of Yoga to live stress-free life.
Hafeez’s accomplishment has been felicitated by his college.
