This is something strange but true.

A 65-year old Pappan , a resident of Pakakkadavu village in Kollam district bit a mad dog on its throat so hardly that it started bleeding.

The mad dog was frightening village people for the weeks but when dog entered into Pappan’s compound and attacked Pappan’s duck, an angry Pappan attacked dog. The duo started fighting but when dog held Pappan’s palm on his mouth, in return Pappan too bit on dog’s throat so hard that it started bleeding. Later villagers came in action and they beat the dog to death.

Pappan was then taken to the hospital for treatment of rabies.

Strange but it happens in India…people can risk their lives to save their pets..what say ?
