Gaya | Is it possible that you are never married but still wants to divorce a lady in your life? Well obviously ‘not possible’
But Rajesh Majhi, an MP in Gaya is seeking divorce from Pramila to whom he says never got married to. Rajesh has filed a petition in Gaya family court seeking divorce from his ‘not married’ wife.
In a petition, Rajesh claimed that he had not married to Pramila as per Hindu rituals nor did he apply ‘sindoor’ on her head but agreed to live as husband and wife in February 1994 and have child. In the petition Rajesh claimed that his lady Pramila was already married twice before she agreed to live with MP as a ‘wife’.
It looks strange but since the petition is filed in Gaya Family court for ‘divorce’, the court has no option but to come to some conclusion.
It happens only in Indiya…what say?
